I subscribed, but the app still asks me to pay
Open the app's Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
How do I cancel my free trial or subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, choose Prayer Journal and tap Cancel. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends. You keep access until then.
My reminders don't show up
Check that notifications are allowed in your iPhone's Settings > Notifications > Prayer Journal, and that a Focus mode isn't silencing them. Then open the app once, so it can schedule tonight's reminder again.
How do I turn on the Safari filter?
Apple only lets you switch it on yourself. On iOS 18 and later, go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Extensions > Prayer Journal Filter and turn on Allow Extension. On iOS 17 and earlier, it's Settings > Safari > Extensions.
It works in Safari only and can't catch every site, so treat it as one help among others.
I missed a night. Did I lose my progress?
No. Your village, your place in the Bible and your courses all stay. Just pick up tonight.
Can friends read my journal in Prayer Circle?
No. Friends see your name, character, streak, village and only what you choose to share, such as a prayer request. Your journal and prayers stay private.
Is there an Android version?
